Mr. Schubert recently sold our house in Lady Lake, Florida. His professionalism, dedication and mannerism made this most difficult sale truly a rewarding experience. Our home was unique and was in the process of being renovated. Due to his tireless effort the house was sold and closed on in less than three weeks. We live over a 4 hour drive from the house so John not only performed the normal functions of a realtor but took the lead in ensuring necessary maintenance and all administrative functions were completed in an expeditious manner. We had previously listed with two other realtors and had very little action on the sale of the property. The closing was conducted at their office and was completed in less than a half hour. Assurance Title and Escrow’s President Angela Davidson, did the closing and was very knowledgeable and a wealth of experience.
